Can I work with Elizabeth Music Group Master Royalties if I am already signed to a publishing company?

Yes. You can work with Elizabeth Music Group Master Royalties without signing to Elizabeth Music Group Publishing. Having an existing publishing deal does not automatically prevent you from receiving help with a separate producer master royalty interest.

Music publishing concerns the underlying composition, including songwriting ownership. Master royalties concern contractual participation in income from the sound recording. A publishing company may collect your composition royalties without handling your producer points.

For example, a producer might receive publishing royalties through an existing publisher while still receiving no statements for a master royalty percentage granted in a producer agreement. Those are separate payment issues.

Elizabeth Music Group Master Royalties can review your producer agreements, placement history, and available statements to assess whether there is a master royalty interest our team can help pursue. Any existing agreement covering those same rights or collection responsibilities should also be reviewed.

You do not need to move your publishing representation to request a master royalty review. The starting point is establishing your entitlement in the recording and identifying who is responsible for accounting to you.
