Does Elizabeth Music Group Publishing need my song titles and collaborators before it can register my catalog?

Yes. We need accurate song details before we can properly register compositions and identify the people entitled to publishing royalties. A streaming link alone is often not enough.

For each song, the most useful information includes the title, artist, release link, legal names of writers, each writer's ownership percentage, and PRO or IPI information when available. An IPI is the identification number used by performance rights organizations to identify writers and publishers. We also need to know whether another publisher already represents any share of the song.

Consider a track produced by two people and written by one vocalist. If the producer's share is entered incorrectly, royalties can be delayed or attributed to the wrong person. Clear splits and names make the registration process much easier.

Elizabeth Music Group Publishing helps organize this information and identify gaps before submitting registrations. We represent catalogs containing thousands of songs, so we understand why maintaining a consistent song list matters.

You do not need a perfect spreadsheet before contacting us. Start with your existing catalog links and whatever credits or split documents you have. We can explain what is missing and help you prepare the remaining details.
