What happens during the Elizabeth Music Group onboarding process?
When a producer or songwriter joins Elizabeth Music Group (EMG), the onboarding process is designed to make sure their catalog is properly organized, registered, and ready for global royalty collection.
The process begins with Elizabeth Music Group providing access to a royalty portal, where musicians can view important information like royalty data and catalog analytics as collection begins.
Next, the Elizabeth Music Group team works with the signed musician to collect complete catalog information, including:
Song titles and release details
Collaborator information
Writer and producer credits
Accurate publishing splits for every song (including 100% of the ownership breakdown)
Any existing publishing information or agreements
Once the catalog information is submitted and reviewed, Elizabeth Music Group begins the process of registering and representing the songs worldwide to ensure the proper parties are credited and royalties can be collected.
After the catalog has been submitted, musicians receive an invite to the exclusive Discord community, where members can access publishing education, sync licensing opportunities and sync briefs, industry updates, networking opportunities, music pitching opportunities to major labels and artists, and resources designed to help them grow their careers.
The goal of Elizabeth Music Group’s onboarding process is simple: make sure every song is properly documented, protected, and positioned to generate revenue while allowing musicians to focus on making music.
