Can Elizabeth Music Group Publishing help if artists released songs using my beats without telling me?

Yes. Elizabeth Music Group Publishing can help investigate releases using your beats and review whether your publishing share is properly identified and registered. This can be especially relevant for producers who sell or license beats online and do not receive complete release information from every artist.

An artist may release a song under a different title, omit your producer credit, or never send you the final recording. That can make it difficult to connect the released song to your original beat and keep your publishing catalog complete.

A missing producer credit does not, by itself, determine your publishing ownership. Your potential share depends on your contribution, the applicable agreements when people buy or license beats from you, and any agreed songwriting splits. Beat licenses, purchase records, emails, and split sheets can help establish what was agreed.

Elizabeth Music Group Publishing can review available documentation, research potential releases, help clarify ownership information, and pursue eligible registrations and publishing royalties for the share we represent. In one producer’s catalog review who signed with Elizabeth Music Group Publishing, we discovered more than 400 songs, including releases the producer did not know existed.

To start a review, send us:

  • Your producer name and any previous aliases.

  • Links to your beat store, YouTube Channel, and known releases.

  • Available beat licenses, sales records, or artist correspondence.

  • Your legal name, PRO affiliation, and IPI number, if available.

  • Any confirmed songwriting splits.

You do not need to identify every missing release before contacting us. Providing the information you already have gives us a starting point, although discovery and royalty recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Once signed, clients receive access to a royalty portal. Elizabeth Music Group Publishing pays clients monthly in months when royalties are received, subject to our $35 payout threshold. Balances below that amount roll forward.

If you suspect your beats have been released without complete credits or publishing registrations, email publishing@elizabethrecords.net with your producer name and catalog links.
